Must-Have:
- Conducts preventive maintenance inspections, effectively diagnosing, repairing a diverse range of major equipment, and components to uphold operational efficiency
- Manages the DEI backlog, ensuring timely assessments and maintenance tasks to sustain equipment functionality
- Oversees and sustains the functionality of all plant systems and equipment, such as balers, conveyor belts, motors, and bearings
- Adjusts work procedures to align with production schedules, providing insights to senior management on additional work requirements or potential delays
- Evaluates third-party repairs for quality assurance and recommends strategies to enhance production, equipment performance, and product quality

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
